All of the stock mutation related endpoints in the v2 specification have been deprecated and replaced by the new v3/stockmutations endpoints. At any point these legacy end points may be terminated. Please upgrade your implementation as soon as possible. For documentaiton on the new end-points go the the v3/stockmutations section of our new API specification.

Retrieve the changes in stock of the last 7 days, and mark them as synced once you have processed them.
