This operation is deprecated, users are encouraged to migrate to the new POST v3/orders end-point instead.

Create an order.

This operation will add new orders to the database. Important to note is that when the Billing Address fields are left empty, all the data in Delivery Address will be used for both Delivery and Billing.

Limitations of POST order/add​

When using this endpoint, expect the following limitations are applicable

  • Advanced order fulfilment strategies, like the automatic item cancellation are not supported.
