This operation is deprecated, users are encouraged to migrate to the new GET v3/shipments?filter[status][in]=SOME_STATUS end-point instead.

Retrieve labeled shipments that have not been synced yet.

Only the shipments that are marked as ‘have labeled state’ will be processed. When processed the shipments can be marked 'synced' with the UpdateLabeledSyncedShipments operation.
