This operation is deprecated, users are encouraged to make use of the v3 end-points which do not require syncing.
Mark shipments as synced once you have processed them.
If an invalid collection of Ids is provided, the return message will contain a list of Ids that were not found or do not belong to your company. Any Ids that were correct will NOT be processed.
